I would formally like to thank you for introducing us to Huescar and De Canal San Clemente.

Just over a year ago my wife and I contacted you to arrange a visit to view properties in and around Huescar.

I must say that we were looked after exceptionally well.

The properties you took us to look at had a holiday atmosphere about the tour, and we had a great laugh as well.

The days were not to long and we had time to look around Huescar at our leisure.

The places you took us to eat were great as was the food.

The hospitality of the Spanish is warm and welcoming, and I have some good Spanish friends now.

When I travelled over on occasions to see you when the house was being built I stayed in the Patri Hotel which you recommended, at the hotel they really looked after me and when I go to see them they are really pleased to see me again.

I still have to pinch myself as just over a year ago you showed us the plot we now own.

Now on this plot we have a brand new home built to our design.

The house is wonderful and my wife is now making her mark on it.

You hear so many bad stories of people being let down, but I must say you sorted the demolition of the existing property out, you sorted the new build out, you sorted all the paperwork and legal matters out, you sorted the insurances out, you sorted everything out.

We have all the legal papers completed and I was impressed with the speed you sorted them out as well, I have spoken to some other people that have bought properties in Spain, and they have been there for some years and still do not have their papers.

Thanks for looking after us once the house was finished which is (FANTASTICO) and thanks for looking after and helping my wife settle in.

My wife and I feel very secure were we are, it is nice to walk around the hills and lake our neighbours are nice and helpful, even if we don't speak the same language ( which we both are learning Spanish daily) we still converse with each other and get by, we have a laugh when I say the wrong words.

The warm evenings in Huescar trying all the different bars and different Tapas is something else I miss when I am not there.

I would also like to thank Juan as he has helped us out and a number of occasions he is a good man.

Everything I have said is genuine and I do not hesitate to recommend you and your company to anyone looking to buy a property in Spain.
